Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This policy applies to paid enrollments with Devops Tools confirmed in writing. This website does not process payments; refunds refer to fees paid under an enrollment invoice.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least fourteen (14) days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable template packs beyond the preview sample.

Timeframe for requests

Refund requests must be emailed to info@devops-tools.digital within the windows below. Include your invoice number, participant names, and cohort date.

Full and partial refunds

• 14+ days before start: 100% of tuition fees paid, minus non-refundable items listed below.
• 7–13 days before start: 50% of tuition fees paid.
• Fewer than 7 days before start, or after start: no tuition refund, except where we cancel the cohort or law requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue fees for private Bundang sessions, custom printing, and rush translation coordination billed separately are non-refundable once ordered. Application deposits explicitly marked non-refundable on an invoice remain non-refundable.

Refund process

We confirm receipt within three business days, review eligibility, and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payer.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days via the original payment method (bank transfer or card settlement). Bank timelines may add several days.

Cancellation by Devops Tools

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort, including items that would otherwise be non-refundable when the cancellation is our decision.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for a goodwill credit toward a future cohort at our discretion. Credits expire twelve months from issuance.
